Q. How do I place an order?
Choose your product. Check product information. Confirm shopping cart.
CHECKOUT: Enter your Name, Phone Number, Email. Provide Delivery Address. Choose Payment Method.
SUBMIT: Place your order. Receive confirmation email.
Q. What are the payment methods available?
A. Credit / Debit Card, PayNow, PayPal.
Q. How do I return my order?
A. Please check with seller if the item is returnable. If returnable email to seller and CC to firstname.lastname@example.org with attached invoice and photo as proof of damage.
Q. What shipping options does BazaarRia offer?
A. Delivery fee is flat $2 for local shipping by Singpost postal mail. Up to 3 to 5 working days shipping. For international shipping, please contact your seller for arrangement if they provide, as you may be required to pay additional.

Q. Who delivers my package?
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. If you have ordered locally, you can expect to receive order within 5 to 14 business days after receiving confirmation email. If you are situated overseas, please contact you seller if they are able to arrange delivery.
Q. If I place an order with items from multiple sellers, how will shipping fees be charged?
A. Shipping fee will be $2 with each seller. The total sum including shipping fee will be charged at the checkout.
Q. What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
A. Receiving by letterbox is default. If item does not fit in the letterbox, it will be placed at your doorstep. However, if there no one from the household to receive on behalf, it will be sent to POPstation which will be kept for 5 days. Afterwards, item will be kept at Singpost HQ for 7 days, before returned to seller.
Q. What is BazaarRia’s return policy?
A. Refer to respective seller page.
Q. How long is the refund process?
A. After BazaarRia receives and assesses your return or cancellation, your refund will take 7 to 14 business days to reflect on your bank or card statement.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation on whether payment for an order is successful?
A. An email notification on whether payment was successful will be sent once order has been confirmed.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. You can create an account at the checkout page or on our homepage.
Q. I cannot log in to my account / forgot my password, what should I do?
A. Firstly, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. Then, verify your account using email and then proceed to create a new password. Please check you Junk / Spam Inbox for incoming mail.
Q. Where can I find the invoice for my order?
A. You will receive an invoice in your confirmation email in digital copy only.
